Kirtan for Clarity and Courage at 4th Street Yoga in Berkeley, CA

  • 4th Street Yoga 1809 Fourth Street Berkeley, CA 94710 (map)
Lily Cushman

Join Lily Cushman for an evening of call and response chanting in Berkeley, California at 4th Street Yoga. This type of mantra practice is a powerful method for learning how to pay attention differently, both to ourselves and the world around us.

For this kirtan, Lily will be offering mantras to awaken clarity of heart and mind for greater courage and clear-seeing, especially when navigating tumultuous times. The chanting of these Sanskrit mantras allows us to connect more readily to the deeper places that we know in ourselves, giving us the tools to learn how to live from those places, no matter what we encounter in life.
